Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is mandatory under RBI and Razorpay payment gateway requirements. By subscribing to any Omnivinci Drive plan, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Omnivinci Drive subscription at any time through your Account Settings → Billing section, or by contacting us at keyur@omnivinci.com.

Effect of cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
  • Access to AI generation features will cease at the end of the paid period.
  • You may download your previously generated content for 30 days after cancellation.
  • Remaining unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation (credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable).

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund (full refund):

  • First-time subscribers who have not used any generation credits, requesting a refund within 7 days of their initial payment.
  • Double-charged or duplicate payment due to a technical error on our or our payment gateway's part.
  • Subscription renewed after a cancellation request was submitted but not processed due to a platform error.

Eligible for pro-rata refund:

  • Extended service outage (greater than 72 hours) during a billing period due to our platform's failure, as documented in our incident logs.

Not eligible for refund:

  • Subscriptions where any generation credits have been consumed.
  • Cancellations requested after 7 days of the billing date for ongoing subscriptions.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (please contact us — we will work to resolve it).
  • Change of mind after 7 days.
  • Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to keyur@omnivinci.com with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]"
  • Your registered email address and account name
  • Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate a decision within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Cash refunds are not available.

5. Payment Method-Specific Notes

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund credited within 5–10 business days of initiation.
  • UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm): Refund credited within 2–5 business days.
  • Net Banking: Refund credited within 3–7 business days.
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.): Refund credited to the same wallet within 2–3 business days.

All timelines are subject to the processing time of your bank or payment provider. Omnivinci is not responsible for delays caused by banking infrastructure.

6. GST & Tax on Refunds

If a refund is issued, the GST component of the payment will also be refunded in full for eligible refund cases. We will issue a GST credit note to your registered email for all approved refunds.

7. Disputed Transactions / Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at keyur@omnivinci.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Uncontested chargebacks may result in account suspension. We commit to resolving genuine billing errors promptly and fairly.

8. Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. For active subscribers, we will provide 14 days' advance notice via email of any material changes.
