Terms of Service

By subscribing to OmniVinci ("we", "us", or "our") or accessing our cinematic video production, CGI, and VFX subscription services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not subscribe or access our platform.

OmniVinci offers flat-rate subscription plans: • Studio Plan: $4,995/month • Studio Pro Plan: $9,949/month Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day billing cycle. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you pause or cancel it. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to make payments on time will result in immediate suspension of active productions and platform access.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time: • Pausing: If you pause your subscription, the remaining days of your current 30-day billing cycle are preserved in our system. You can resume your subscription at any time in the future, and your billing cycle will continue from the point of pause. • Cancellation: If you cancel, your active subscription will remain in effect until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.

OmniVinci operates on a queue-based request model: • Queue: You can add as many video production or CGI requests to your queue as you like. However, we will work on only one active project at a time. • Turnaround Time: Average delivery for standard video drafts is 4 business days. Complex CGI, 3D character animations, or advanced visual effects (VFX) may require additional cycles and longer timelines. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. • Revisions: You may request unlimited revisions on your active project. Revisions are queued and worked on in place of new project requests.

We protect your ownership of the final assets: • Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all subscription fees due, all right, title, and interest in and to the final video files, animations, and output deliverables produced for you are owned entirely by the Client. • OmniVinci Core Materials: OmniVinci retains exclusive ownership of any pre-existing templates, proprietary tools, scripts, plugins, base 3D models, and raw project files (such as .blend, .ae, or project-specific configuration libraries) used to build the deliverables. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these core materials solely as they are incorporated into the finished deliverables.

Because of the highly custom and time-intensive nature of cinema-grade CGI, VFX, and video production, all subscription fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Once a billing transaction has cleared and active production has begun on any project or revision during that billing cycle, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits will be issued under any circumstances.

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and consents for all materials, assets, logos, and files you upload to our platform. You agree not to upload or request any content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise illegal. You agree to indemnify and hold OmniVinci harmless from any claims arising out of your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVinci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India. All client database records, platform metadata, and uploaded asset packages are hosted and processed on secure servers located in the United States.
